Brandon is an HR and Leadership Consultant and Coach working with startups, not-for-profit and publicly traded organizations to refine their HR strategies and work with leaders and managers to refine their approach to leading impactful teams. He previously served as the Head of Operations of Team Anywhere at Atlassian, an Australian software company, where he focuses on driving Atlassian’s shift to remote work. Previously Brandon worked at Stitch Fix, a San Francisco-based online retailer, as Senior Director, People Strategy & Insights, and at NerdWallet, a San Francisco-based personal finance recommendation site as a Director, HR and had previous stints in education (Clever, Education Pioneers) and management consulting (Bain & Company).
Brandon is an expert at helping clients at all stages of their life and career navigate big questions, transitions and embrace their story. As a Life and Leadership Coach, he works with a range of clients from first-time managers to senior executives to help them get in touch with their own values and voice and authentically show up as an effective leader in all aspects of their life.
Brandon graduated from Brown University with a BA in Sociology and Spanish Literature and also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, he’s been a San Francisco Bay Area resident for over a decade and enjoys getting outside and spending time staring at his musical equipment hoping he’ll be inspired to do something creative.
