Describe your coaching style.

I embody No-Fluff across the board. You don't need motivation, you need a clear plan of action that leads to the result that lights you up inside. You don't need positivity, you need logical and practical mindset shifts that change your perspective of the world. We don't solve "leaf" problems, we dig to the roots that are causing the leaf problems in the first place - that's where life-changing results are made.

How do you measure success with a client?

I've always defined success as having everything I need to achieve whatever I wanted and having the know-how, abilities, tools, and strategies to get to work and make it happen. My clients grow by gaining clarity and taking actionable steps every single week, are completely unblocked and enabled after our calls, and walk away empowered with all the above.

What is your coaching superpower?

Individualization. I've always had a natural ability to understand individuals and tailor everything to every single client's needs to accelerate and maximize growth and success, based on what that means for them. I also base everything on logic in truth and refuse to stop digging until we find those roots. The path forward is always simple once we get there, but getting there is a science and an art, and I'm proud to teach it.

My ideal clients have 3 key qualities:

  1. They are coachable, meaning they're ready to listen and take action. The perfect cake recipe works every time, but only if the baker follows every single step. The recipe for success is no different.
  2. They're willing to get uncomfortable, meaning ok with taking a magnifying glass to their vulnerabilities in the name of strengthening them, and trying things they've never done before.
  3. They are hungry and willing to take massive action, meaning they're done settling for ordinary and ready to step into the extraordinary version of themselves that they know they can become.
