Clifton has two decades of experience as an executive in restaurant groups, hotels, and nonprofits, from Fortune 500 companies to boutique hotels and tiny restaurants. As an Executive Coach, he works with small business owners, emerging leaders, new-in-role leaders, senior managers, and vice-presidents/division heads. He loves to work with conscious leaders as they create high-performance teams while living a more rewarding and purpose-filled life.
