Gina Arangio is an MBA and professionally certified Strategy, Organizational Development, and Change Management professional with 25+ years of Fortune 200 experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow and transform. Gina led the change management practice for the Office of the CEO at one of the world's largest global pharmaceutical companies. In this role, she designed the organization’s standard for human-centric change. In addition, she provided change leadership for a number of complex transformations related to CEO transition, mergers, divestitures, culture change, system implementations, and new operating models. She has also held a number of senior specialist roles related to Organizational & Leadership Development, Talent Management, Strategic Capability building, and Workforce Strategy. Gina also led the Strategy Delivery & Performance function for The Americas where she co-designed and implemented a standard multi-disciplinary methodology to accelerate strategy design and delivery.

She also holds an NTL Organization Development Practitioner Certificate, an Appreciative Inquiry Certificate from Case Western University, a Certificate in Strategic Planning from Case Western University, and a Green Belt equivalent in Lean 6 Sigma continuous improvement methodology.
