Kevin provided coaching to healthcare personnel around leadership development and practice transformation strategies through the University of Michigan Primary Care Transformation program. As the Senior Medical Director at Trinity Health, he developed an evidenced-based physician coaching program designed to improve physician-patient communication through one-on-one coaching and group facilitation. Through his work with the American Medical Association, he has conducted change management workshops to empower leaders to navigate the disruptive transformations while honoring the inevitable resistance that is part of the change process.

As a professional coach, Kevin facilitated team development programs at Henry Ford Health to enhance patient safety and team communication, effectiveness, and efficiency. Kevin has consistently led and mentored leaders and teams at local, regional, and national levels for over 30 years. His work developing and implementing practice transformation tools has engaged and empowered front-line teams.
