Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit, healthcare, and business consulting fields. She has an extensive background in human resources, training and facilitation, and supervision and leadership development. Lisa has also taught as an adjunct instructor in the business school at John Carroll University.

Lisa loves working with others to maximize their potential and grow their career. She helps her clients to look at things from different perspectives and to identify actions in order to progress.
