Bio

Lory has 15 years of experience as a certified executive coach but she draws from 30 years as a senior leader of training and performance support organizations. At Intel, she led organizations of 20 to over 100 employees, serving customers globally. She worked with senior leaders at Intel, providing coaching and feedback to create a high performing culture and higher levels of leadership success. At both Intel and Risas Dental & Braces, she also has coached technical experts to become strong leaders, developing their skills as outlined in The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner. Her work has produced solid results, as documented in an example from Intel in the article Leadership Change: Ending Blindness and Igniting Intention (Measuring and Graphing Change), Library of Professional Coaching (2015).
