Niv has extensive professional experience working with managers at different levels in coaching, leading managerial development programs, and accompanying organizational changes. Niv holds a PhD in the field of leadership in complex systems and combines updated managerial models together with an applied approach from his extensive experience as an HR Director (at NICE Systems, a global Hi-Tech company) and as a senior Organizational consultant. In addition, Niv leads a master's degree program (MBA) with a specialization in sports management and advising managers in the field of sports (Olympic Committee, the Football Association, and more).
