As a coach, Scott helps individuals' close performance gaps in relationships, communication, work performance, dream pursuit, career decisions, and work/life balance. Scott's coaching style encourages a "Spirit of Play" where we experiment with different ideas and paths to see what resonates and leads to results and what doesn't. - Coached a Sr. Manager that was having difficulties working with their direct supervisor. Found ways to open up communication, document expectations, and more consistently meet expectations.
- Coached a Sr. Manager at a global consulting company through the Senior Executive promotion process. Resulted in the Sr. Manager finding a promotion sponsor as well as understanding the revenue generation promotion criteria.
