He has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies (Freeport-McMoRan, Seagate Technologies, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Carvana, Wright State University, etc.) to help improve performance at all levels. He is a devotee of Steve Farber’s Extreme Leadership, which focuses on helping leaders build cultures that foster passionate and collaborative teams. When leaders understand that they are their company’s culture, amazing things can happen.
With an MBA and a Master of Science in Leadership, Scott has experienced, both theoretically and in practice, how servant leadership, pushed throughout an organization, can spark transformational change that positively impacts not only the bottom line, but the entire employee experience.
