Having spent 20 years working her way up the ladder from individual contributor to Senior Vice President at major corporations, including NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures, and Paramount (formerly Viacom), Tracy brings a unique lens to her leadership coaching, where she guides leaders and emerging leaders to step up to the next level by helping them identify and leverage their strengths in service of achieving both their career and personal goals. Prior to becoming a certified leadership coach, Tracy functioned as a senior leader and key decision maker as head of research for major cable television brands, where she collaborated with other leaders in areas including finance, marketing, programming, production, ad sales, and communication. She supervised a large team, overseeing staff and workflow.
Past coaching and consulting engagements have focused on leadership development, 1:1 coaching for leaders and emerging leaders, and team facilitation across a wide variety of industries, including but not limited to media and entertainment, technology, sales and marketing, and financial services.
