My ideal client is a leader who is seeking to become the best version of themselves; is someone who may be seeking a higher quality of life, reduced job stress, stronger workplace bonds, enhanced workplace performance, stronger work-life balance, or eliminating burnout. One or all leading to increased happiness at work, at home, and in life. My ideal client is open, curious, and willing to explore. Why? A client must be open to coaching, a willing participant on a journey, rather than a leader being sent to be “fixed”. They may not know what they seek or feel they have lost, but they are willing to explore.
