Born in Argentina and raised between Argentina and Germany, Desiree quickly discovered her passion for travel and international business. Starting from an entry-level position at an airport, she loved her work so much that she quickly grew through the ranks with the opportunity to relocate to the United States in 2011. She continued her career in various senior-level positions.

In 2015 Desiree realized that there was something more for her: Focus on human performance, leadership, organizational culture, and team performance. After completing a master’s in leadership and strategy, she pursued her Executive Coach certification. Subsequently, after one year of intensive coaching training, she decided to take a leap of faith and move into the leadership development world Desiree's career allowed her to work globally, expand her knowledge and take on challenges that she would have never imagined possible. She became a leader at a very young age, which was, in many ways, a challenge that took her consistently out of her comfort zone. Being so young, she didn’t know much about how to engage others, motivate them and, most importantly, lead them to personal and organizational success. As a consistent high achiever, she can relate to how this trait can help us elevate our careers and its pitfalls that create a lot of pressure and fear of failure.

Today, after several years of coaching and consulting and having worked with leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, I feel that I have been able to hone in on my passion and help others elevate to new heights. I have deepened my expertise through various additional coaching certifications, such as Conscious Business Coaching and Cultural Mastery, and an additional Master’s degree in business administration. Desiree now works with leaders and organizations to reach their next level of success through coaching and consulting.
