At the university, Paul has developed and taught a full curriculum of graduate courses in psychology, leadership, management, and communications. He was also Director of the Master’s Programs in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Behavior
As a consultant, Paul has worked with many large corporations (IBM, AT&T) professional firms (Arthur Andersen, Deloitte & Touche), and a variety of mid-market and smaller companies. He has developed training programs and conducted hundreds of seminars and workshops for customer service, technical, sales, and administrative supervisors and managers at all levels. In addition to corporate and university work, Paul has also been a private executive coach working with C-level, mid-level, and new managers to maximize their potential and the impact of their teams.
As a lecturer, Paul as addressed hundreds of audiences in business, social and non-profit settings to help people expand their understanding of themselves and others and learn how to communicate and work together more effectively.
Paul is the developer of the “Second Opinion System”, a unique instrument for assessing behavioral style as well as a number of projective exercises and learning games. He has also co-authored two books and written many articles on effective management, human resource development, assessment techniques, and a variety of other topics.
Paul’s professional credentials include an M.A. in Industrial Psychology and a Ph.D. in Human Development from New York University. He is a life member of the American Psychological Associations and was a Licensed Psychologist in the State of New Jersey.
