Jen Frigault is an ICF-certified coach helping business professionals and executive leaders advance in their careers by magnifying their communication, confidence, management impact, and executive presence. Jen has also been an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in leading complex data teams and projects at large-scale digital companies, most recently serving as SVP of Data Strategy & Analytics for Gannett | USA TODAY Network.
Jen holds a professional certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being, which she used to build an employee-based coaching program at USA TODAY, and coach business leaders at all levels on key skills such as assertiveness, active listening, delegation, trust, and emotion management. Jen brings her own experience and coaching techniques to work with leaders to address the common struggles and complex challenges they face in building high-performing teams, work-life balance, transitions, and business transformation.
Jen has coached leaders in the private sector, nonprofits, and government in various industries including Education, Civic and Social Organizations, Publishing, Media, Travel, and Technology. She recently worked with Kaplan Education, providing career coaching to upcoming graduate students, and 2Gether International, an organization that supports entrepreneurs with disabilities. In this role, she worked with the women’s cohort Accelerator Program, to develop twelve entrepreneurs and their start-up companies in key areas of business, including Operations, Management, Sales, and Marketing.
