My focus when working with new managers centers on them shifting modes from being a successful individual contributor to stepping fully into leadership. We work on foundational leadership skills that they will carry through their entire career. I enable new managers to fully embrace the practice of management with a lot of support and in a way that leads to a positive experience for them and the people they manage.
