Describe your coaching style.
I first help the client understand what their goals are. I then help clients to reflect on what would be the ideal state and what are the necessary steps to get there. I work with the client to help them to develop an action plan, with clear goals which can be measured. I use assessments and leadership tools as needed.
Describe your experience working with experienced managers
I have helped experienced leaders be promoted to very senior levels in the organizations by assisting them in understanding what old behaviors they need to drop and what new behaviors to adopt. It is mostly about building relationships, developing executive presence, and assertiveness.
Describe your experience working with individual contributors or others, not in people manager roles.
I help ICs move into leadership positions by allowing them to change their mindset (from me to we).
Describe your experience working with new managers.
I have helped many Individual Contributors be promoted to a manager role to be successful. I help them establish a new mindset, which I call ´From Me to We.´ It will all be about the team's success going forward.
