Dedicated Learning and Development professional with 20+ years of experience in a broad range of industries, as well as an ICF-accredited coach with multiple coaching certifications.
Coaching is a collaborative process. We make the coaching journey together as I ask incisive questions to help clients discover their talents to overcome adversity and build on current strengths. I bring my years of experience in the business world in various roles and industries into my coaching. That means clients benefit from diverse expertise combined with a classic coaching experience. As I tell my clients, my job is to challenge perceptions and beliefs to help achieve breakthroughs. All that experience on my part doesn't mean I have all the answers, it just means I've made most (maybe all!) of the mistakes - and have learned from them.
Whether they're reaching their goals and when they express that our conversations are helping them move forward. I strive to provide a supportive environment for coaching so that when a client is challenged, they feel comfortable being vulnerable and are open to new ideas. That's the most satisfying part of the job of being a coach!
My coaching superpower is asking questions that provoke reflection and lead to breakthroughs.
My ideal client is a mid/upper-level manager to executive, though I enjoy working with all clients. I especially enjoy working with those from under-represented groups in management, including people of color, women, and any leaders who are challenged by being marginalized.
