FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

My style is holistic, empathetic, and focuses on both healing and small-forward action.

How do you measure success with a client?

I ask my clients to come up with both internal and external goals about what they wish to accomplish in advance of their coaching agreement. Some want to find their voice and feel more confident, while others are looking for more tangibles (like money, promotion, recognition, etc.)

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is being able to recognize the thinking patterns in my clients, point them out, and challenge them.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal clients are women and people of color. I am passionate about helping them to bridge the gap professionally so they can break new boundaries financially and professionally, creating intergenerational wealth for future generations
