Renee Dole is an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Development Consultant. Renee partners with organizations on the strategy and execution of leadership programs, group coaching programs, and executive coaching to support targeted growth and development for leaders. For individuals, Renee partners with her clients on coaching engagements driven by the needs and style of each individual to maximize the impact of the coaching experience. Every engagement is an opportunity to drive growth that may have not seemed possible before, and Renee’s mission is to support each client to design and execute that path forward.
Prior to starting her consultancy, Renee designed and led the CORE Program and Finance and Accounting Internship Program at Comcast, as well as led the Financial Management Leadership Program. Renee held various roles at Lincoln Financial Group including Project Management for Talent Management and Recruiting, designing the Leadership Preparation Program and Internship Program, leading the development for the Actuarial Development Program and managing the Professional Development Program. Renee holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania with studies at Oxford University and HEC Paris. Renee holds certificates in Coaching, Leadership and Management, and Organization Diagnosis from Penn. She is certified in Birkman, LiFO, Certified Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and a Certified Professional Resume Writer.
