I utilize an active inquiry, active listening, deeply curious, and open communication coaching style. At times (especially if the coachee is "stuck"), I might offer tools/models/content as fuel for further exploration/coaching as to how those might apply to that leader's situation. Occasionally, I might share observations and "noticing" during the context of coaching if what I'm observing could also potentially be present as a "block" to achieving success in the situation the coachee is describing. I champion the success of my coachees at all times.
