In Part 2 of this interactive workshop series, Tom Norris gives participants a broader set of coaching tools to deploy. Participants will learn how to apply their coaching toolkit to common situations around problem-solving, goal-setting and accountability discussions. This workshop will ensure participants can bring the powerful toolkit of coaching to their everyday management practice to drive engagement and results.
