Susan has forty years of experience in management and executive roles including P&L ownership in companies ranging from small start-ups to multi-billion dollar public companies. She has coupled her deep work experience with a graduate certificate in Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University's ELOC program. Susan’s interest in DE&I dates back to the ‘70s when she attended Babson College shortly after it began accepting women and upon graduating, worked for the telephone company in field service as the only woman in a garage location with over 100 men. Since starting her coaching practice in 2021, she has completed Brenda J Allen’s course on Inclusive Leadership and Junko Takagi’s course on Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
